Some qualitative items to rate your content
Posted on | avril 22, 2010 | 2 Comments
What are the most common qualitative items to rate a content. The criteria I use in my audits are
- Relevancy & Usefulness
- Findability & Usability
- Clarity & Accuracy
- Consistency & Appropriateness
On the pure editorial side, we can also rate the influencial & demonstrative power of the content. By the way, those criteria are also the ones that are quoted when I lead a focus group or a brainstorm sessions with my clients. See my previous post on one of those workshops.
Do you use any other qualitative criteria in your content inventories / audits ?
You can download a Content Inventory Template (FR) … Soon, there will be an English version available…
